Shipping Information
We ship to all countries within the European Union (EU). If you are located outside the EU and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@saltyinteriors.com —we’re happy to assist and find a shipping solution for you.

Shipping Method & Delivery
All products are shipped via trusted carriers to the delivery address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate. Additional costs incurred due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts will be charged to the customer.

All shipments include tracking and insurance for peace of mind. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Freight Shipping - Curbside Delivery
Larger items are shipped via freight delivery, which means the carrier will deliver your order to the curbside of your specified address. Please note that this service does not include:

  • Inside delivery
  • Packaging removal
  • Assembly or setup

Customers are responsible for moving the furniture inside their home and setting it up.

Delivery Timeline
All our furniture is made to order. The standard production time is 6 - 8 weeks, followed by an estimated shipping time of 1-2 weeks.

To optimize production scheduling, orders are processed as follows:

  • Orders placed before the 1st of the month → Production begins after the 1st and takes up to 6 weeks to complete, followed by delivery.
  • Orders placed before the 15th of the month → Production begins after the 15th and takes up to 6 weeks to complete, followed by delivery.

We will notify you of any potential delays and provide updated timelines. If production delays exceed three months (excluding force majeure situations), customers may cancel their order for a full refund.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order value and destination. Please refer to the table below for shipping rates:

Group 1: Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

  • Orders €0 - €350€39.00
  • Orders €351 - €999€49.00
  • Orders €1000+€129.00

Group 2: Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Slovenia, Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia

  • Orders €0 - €350€49.00
  • Orders €351 - €999€69.00
  • Orders €1000+€149.00

Group 3: Malta, Cyprus

  • Orders €0 - €350€99.00
  • Orders €351 - €999€149.00
  • Orders €1000+€499.00

Returns & Cancellations
We stand behind the quality of our furniture, but if you need to return or cancel an order, please review our policy below:

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 48 hours, orders cannot be canceled as production begins shortly after.

Returns & Exchanges

  • As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable solution.

Warranty & Defective Items

  • We guarantee the craftsmanship of our products. If you experience any defects related to manufacturing, please reach out within 14 days of delivery.
