  • All prices are listed in EURO and includes VAT (as specified).
  • We accept payments via Shopify payments solution
  • Payment must be received in full before production or shipping begins.

2.3 Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 48 hours, orders cannot be modified or canceled as production begins.


3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping

  • We ship within the EU. Customers outside the EU must contact us for shipping options at hello@saltyinteriors.com.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. See our [Shipping & Returns] page for details.
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

3.2 Delivery

  • Freight shipping includes curbside delivery only.
  • Customers must arrange for item transportation beyond the curb.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Consumers have the right to cancel and return standard Products within 14 days of delivery, provided the Product is in original condition and original packaging.
  • If you receive a defective item, notify us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.
